Here's the thing. YOU don't have to carry games. All you have to do is stay relevant throughout the game and work with your teammates to achieve the common goal you're looking for: victory. Normals and Rankeds are somewhat different, people tend to not give a **** when playing normals, whereas when they play ranked, they play their very best (or, at least, try to). Duo queue might help you get to Silver, but my advice is to play alone, because that way you'll evolve a lot as a player. If you go with someone else, you become dependent on them and that's not good.

1) If you played with friends that are ranked lower than you, chances are you'll get fed often. Not to mention most people don't tryhard nor play their main roles in normals, so it's easier to win lane against a higher ranked player if you're trying your best. This doesn't mean you're better than them or even on their level.
2) If you get severely fed in lane and lose the game, it would mean you made A LOT of basic mistakes on your own. In most even games, losing is the fault of the fed player. Getting fed is a responsability, not an excuse to say you deserved a win.
Having said that, you probably have a lot of problems playing the game past laning phase. Unfortunately you would have to specify per champion and role if you want more specifics, as each champion has its optimal playstyle and role in a team.

To get out of bronze, stop focusing on carrying with your KDA and instead carry by focusing objectives. I played a game with my Bronze 5 brother and a similarly unskilled friend of his, and I was bewildered about how after we won a fight (going 2 for 0 or something like it), the whole team would just back to base or go back to farming. Luckily, I was able to get across the idea that the next time we won a fight, we needed to take an objective. Once that started happening, our team that had been slightly losing up to that point turned it around and stomped the other team. Forget your individual stats and focus on winning the game.
