To be honest everyone is thinking that 6.9 is going to be ground breaking considering all the new AP changes that they're making but, In my opinion that doesn't even matter.
AD Still will beat AP During the early phases of the game providing that the AP Champions have no mobility such as Karthus or Anivia.
Don't stress the patch too much well, I aint at least. I'm welcoming it with open arms, Just like every other damn patch riot releases trying to nerf my champions LOL.
And as for Satchel Charge. I think it's really pointless.

How is it pointless?
Ziggs already is a beast in siege comps, this will only accentuate his siege ability further. 35% health is HUGE. The enemy thinks they are safe under tower, then suddenly a wild Satchel Charge blows it up and their whole team goes with it. Not that it is THAT game changing, but it definitely helps.

Not saying he's amazing, but if the tear smoothens his lane phase it might be enough to make him more noticeable. I also think new catalyst will be amazing on
