[[Ziggs]] already is a beast in siege comps, this will only accentuate his siege ability further. 35% health is HUGE. The enemy thinks they are safe under tower, then suddenly a wild [[satchel charge]] blows it up and their whole team goes with it. Not that it is THAT game changing, but it definitely helps.[/quote]
