For me, switching "Show Offline Friends" on and off fixed it.

Got 3 useless skins and rerolled them into Resistance Caitlyn which is ugly af, got another 3 skins and tried rerolling them and I get that. Still waiting for the day I actually get a half decent skin for a champion I play...

just start maining top and this won't be happening again. Top lane is great for smoking weed and/or getting drunk btw, just pick singed and always do whatever you think is the most stupid thing to at the moment
