Akali for the latest time was only viable on top lane anyway. With my patented bruiser Akali build you can dominate top lane and from that place the game: Sunfire Aegis, Abyssal Mask, Sorcerer's Shoes, Hextech Gunblade, Zhonya's Hourglass, Rabadon's Deathcap.It is even more tanky than before and now also has more CDR, making her even more dangerous.

I think you're over-rating Akali a looooot. All that **** you just listed off is literally done better by
Ekko. Still. After like 4 nerfs.Edit: And the bit about the no CD ult; Akali's is just a glorified dash anyway. And I scoff at any implication that Zed's ult cooldown is "long".
