Hi, I think you've left out a huge Ashe mechanic revolving around her Q. Her Q is an auto reset. You said Ezreal's Mystic Shot is equivalent to Ashe's Volley; instead, I think Ezreal's Mystic Shot is the equivalent to Ashe's auto-Q-auto.

Still pretty new to League I've only been playing a month or so, I was looking for a different Ashe build and came across your's. I have a noob question for you, why CDR? Ashe does not really have long cool downs except for her Ult, I understand the max crit I mean my thoughts are geting hit by an Ashe's "Q" while she has max crit could hurt like hell.

Her W and R have amazing utility in team fights. Max CDR lets Ashe nonstop kite multiple enemies with W. 44s CD on her ult allows for more room for error but more importantly, lets her cast it twice in prolonged or back-to-back fights.
