Zeke's Harbinger on Ryze

In team fights, it usually takes a support + ADC anywhere from 4-6 seconds to get the +50% crit activated, and on ryze, it can take 2-3 seconds. I think ryze charges zeke's so fast that the person he's tethered to (be it ADC, or mid laner) would be able to benefit from the increased damage twice in one team fight[/quote]
