[center][icon=Friend of the Forest size=40][icon=Rootcaller size=40][icon=Brushmaker size=40][icon=Triggerseed size=40][icon=Daisy! size=40][/center] [[Ashe]] received some tweaks to [[Frost Shot]] and [[Ranger's Focus]], increasing the power of her passive slow even further when she critically strikes, but reducing her damage output from Q. [[Taliyah]] also received some cooldown buffs while [[Vladimir]]'s ability power ratios were increased at the cost of some of his healing against minions and health scaling on [[Tides of Blood]]. [[Jinx]]'s [[Flame Chompers!]] were nerfed in damage and mana cost, while [[Cho'Gath]]'s [[Feral Scream]] is longer range with a shorter cooldown, but silences for a shorter duration and will no longer hit targets that leave its range during the cast time. The biggest change this patch was to [[Nunu]]. His base attack damage and AD growth both were increased, leaving him with 127 AD at level 18. [[Visionary]] is now active at the start of the game and refreshes upon returning to the fountain. [[Absolute Zero]]'s movement speed slow increases to 95% over the duration of the channel and the ability no longer has a cast time. [[Consume]] recieved a small rework this patch. Riot removed the unique bonuses Nunu received from Consuming different types of camps and replaced them with a stacking buff called Well Fed that grants him movement speed out of combat as well as increased health and size, stacking up to 5 times. The buff lasts 50-70 seconds based on rank and refreshes whenever Nunu Consumes a large monster. Overall, this will amplify Nunu's strengths during the early jungling phases of the game and reward him for regularly farming camps. [/td][/tr][/table] [size=6][color=#ffffff]Notable Misc. Changes / Fixes[/color][/size] [list] [*] Baron Nashor's knockback on champions that dash into him is reduced from 1 second to 0.33 seconds. [*] Twisted Treeline Outer Turret Vision Range [s][color=#808080]1095[/color][/s] ⇒ 775 [*] Movement orders issued .03 seconds before a basic attack fires will no longer cancel it. The movement will now occur after the attack fires (This should make kiting feel more consistent with fewer cancelled autos after the projectile goes off). [*] The basic attack component of [[Devastating Charge]] can now critically strike, in line with similar abilities such as [[Siphoning Strike]]. [*] [[Pantheon]] is no longer locked out of his active items if he dies during [[Grand Skyfall]]'s channel. [*] Fixed a number of bugs where various short-range dash abilities (ex. [[Valor]], [[Hextech Protobelt-01]]) and knock-back effects (ex. [[Monsoon]]) that can’t move champions across normal terrain were able to move them over player-created terrain. This is technically a Jarvan buff. [*] Additionally fixed a few spots where [[Vayne]]'s [[Tumble]] was able to move across ledges. [*] Fixed an edge case where [[Tryndamere]]'s [[Spinning Slash]] could damage allies he spins through if they were directly on top of an enemy unit. [*] Fixed a bug where Rift Herald couldn’t disable [[Garen]]'s [[Perseverance]] after Perseverance 'ranked up' at level 11. [*] [[Kled]] can now issue pings during [[Chaaaaaaaarge!!!]]. [*] Pinging active items while dead no longer displays "0 charges." [*] Most PROJECT Crafting materials will expire on November 6th. Augment Caches are the exception, but won’t drop PROJECT Cores after this date. Disenchant your leftover stuff!
