The artist is Chengwai Pan. He/She did a couple splash arts for Riot before but man, this has got to be their best.

Yup, I was aiming for something brighter. I've been trying some different things out with Gimp since I haven't used it all that much and hoping to get back into the entire editing scene again.
I guess you not recognizing it lets me know that I went for something outside of my comfort zone.
