probably leg since my knees are already so weak that I can barely walk anyway XD
would you rather abort your baby or give it to adoption but you can't be sure about its quality of life?

As a person who is lactose intolerant, it's not as bad as everyone seems to think it is.
PS. You forgot to add another hard choice :P

You can get lactose free milk. It tastes weird though, plus I actually hate milk, so I'll stick to the soy if I need to drink milk. I don't eat dairy pretty much at all, I get sick if I drink milk or eat yogurt/ice cream. Unless it's a really hard, very aged cheese, I can't really eat that either. The only dairy I regularly consume without feeling ill is butter. I was only commenting because someone mentioned lactose intolerance as comparable to not being able to eat gluten (which is in basically everything), when lactose intolerance is actually normal for adult people, most people eventually become so as they age, and not as problematic as one might think given that one can get dairy/lactose free alternatives for nearly everything.
As for choices: would you rather live forever pretending to be a person you are not, while being treated normally, or be demonized for the rest of your life for being yourself?

I don't think I know even one person who doesn't pretend to be something they're not (and that includes people I work with, students I teach etc etc).
So, the first.
