Whoever you can that isn't a tank basically. Ideally you would want to cast it on the enemy ADC or mid laner, but that requires them to get too close and you don't want to hold onto your ult too long waiting for a perfect moment that'll never come. Kill the Lee Sin, kill the Elise, kill the Kha'zix, kill the Rengar... Just use it on anyone who presents any kind of threat who will easily die to/with help from your ultimate. But also make sure not to cast it on someone who's about to die anyway whether you cast your ult or not.
As with most mages/carries you'll want to position yourself in a way that you can damage the enemy frontline without taking too much damage yourself. You can briefly position more aggressively if a good opportunity to ult a carry shows up (such as if you stunned them with
It's quite simple. You spam her Q to get as many orbs as you can out. But obviously her orbs don't last long enough on the ground for you to get a 7 orb ult just like that. That's why you have to grab the first orb with
It isn't terribly practical though, since the damage you get from the last orb isn't as much as the damage you get from using
