New Vote / Comment Bar for Guides

As you know we're always trying to find ways to encourage votes and comments for our awesome authors, and this is something that has been in the works for a while that we've finished polishing and testing - The new Vote (and Comment) Bar! The way it works is simple. If someone is on a guide page for 5 minutes or more this will appear as a thin bar in the bottom of the screen, allowing them to vote or comment on a guide without interrupting their reading or scrolling! Once you vote or comment on the guide (or if you've already voted) the bar will disappear and you can resume your reading. You can also simply close the bar out if you don't feel like doing either. We really hope users will find this a friendly, non-intrusive reminder to vote and comment on guides without hurting their reading experience.[/quote]

I did try to read it and I think I'm a fast reader, but I only got through the first 5 words maybe. I think this comment bar is super unintrusive! Feels natural at the bottom of the page. I love how you can scroll with it and write into it too. Perhaps have a force pop-up option available in user settings, for those of us who always intend to leave a comment?
