The amount of tickets doesn't exactly mean you will win it every time (@ Vapora Dark has had the most amount of tickets and won for the first time). I've below 100 tickets everytime I've won, which is lucky, and I have won 3 or 4 times now.

Apart from what others have said, if you want a more detailed breakdown of your tickets, you can go to your profile (by clicking your username at the top-right). Your tickets will be displayed on the left.
