Advice on Tanky runes.

Hello, I play premades with my friends in about 90% of my games, usually 3/5 4/5. And nobody ever tanks but me, I always end of having to do it. SO I decided to embrace this fate and just start unlocking all tanks, and learning to play em so I wouldn't get bored with good 'ol Morde. I main Cait and have her full rune page set up and dont wanna' mess with it, so the dillema is, If i build a rune page for use with all tanks, what is the best rune choice, specifically seals. I realize that it's very depedant per champ but if i had to pick one rune for all, what would be a good pick?

Marks is pretty much your choice. Depending on the champion, you should get either MPen or ArPen (shen and amumu would get MPen, rammus would get ArPen).

Seals can be either dodge or armor (dodge might work against a champion like amumu, who gets a benefit from being hit - his cooldown on Tantrum is reduced).

MR would be best for blues, but if you have a mana-thirsty champion you want to play (malphite, for instance), then mana seals might be nice (though you could just get mana per 5 seals instead).

Quints would be anything you want - flat health is the best universal choice, but there's seals for everything.

Other viable but not as strong options include scaling health Seals, armor Quints, magic resist Quints, and cooldown reduction Blues. But the ones Trojan listed are the strongest.
