Does any Annie skin give an advantage, with better basic attacks or more fluidity?
I have seen sites that they recommend skins for x champs because the animations and certain details are better and give an advantage over other skins, does this happen with Annie?

What would Arcane Comet or Electrocute runes do more damage?

What composition would be better to go full damage?

is Zhonaiy's Hourglass is more important rather than death cap? From my perspective, i would have tried to build death cap, lindey's torment and magic penetration. hour glass would have built depends on the situation for example if I face zed against me in mid.

What is your opinion with Inspiration being used as 'secondary runes' for Annie's Electrocute build (using Perfect Timing and Future's Market) and having two +9 Adaptive (5.4 AD or 9 AP) rune bonuses and a +6 armour rune bonus, instead of using secondary Sorcery runes and a +1-10% CDR (lvls 1-18) and +15-90 HP (lvls 1-18) rune bonus respectively?

Hi, I'm a big fan of and have had much success using 'Inspiration' in the past. I see nothing wrong with your choices here but personally am not fan of futures market and to be honest I think the best option right now is still 'Sorcery' as the secondary runes.

If I wasn't taking (CDR +1-10%) which I doubt most people do, I would choose:
• +9 Adaptive force
• +9 Adaptive force
• +8 MR (Against burst AP champ or high AP team) / +6 Armour (Against AD champ) / +15-90 HP (Go to choice)

Sorry for spamming questions :) But one more, if I may.

You say to stun ZED.

Well, the reason I frequently loose HARD against Zed is that I cannot stun him.

He has two combos I have no answer to.

First: My Q range (and thus, my stun range) is 625. His w range is 650. This means he can place his shadow next to me before I can stun him. Then I cannot dodge his shadow's q and e. This alone can deal large damage to me. The threat of his w+q+e combo is enough to zone me under the tower. But then again, he can wqe me even while I'm under the tower. And since I'm slower than him I cannot even retaliate by q+w'ing him after he wqe's me - I need to come closer to him. Unless I waste Flash, he can simply wqe me and then back off and then I cannot retaliate.

Lv 6 is even worse. He can place his shadow behind him. Then he ults me and bursts me. Then, before I can stun him, he teleports to his shadow. He's safe. Perhaps that's the issue of my poor relfexes, but especially if he just ults be and immediately teleports, I cannot stun him.

The result is, I most often feed against Zed ;/

How to play against Zed when he uses these tactics?

No problem at all man, ask as many as you want!

At the minute, I am personally performing very poor in lane (Missing CS, poor positioning, giving the enemy too much free harass on me etc..) Generally making poor decisions but I am working on it to improve!

If I'm not mistaken, It seems like you're not dodging his combo's pre level 6. You should take for some extra movement speed, this can really help and be sure to not stand still in lane.

If he has his ultimate up and you think he is in a position to go on you, keep your stun available or at least on x3 stacks (you can easily get 4th stack with your when he ults ). Let him ult you and spam your on him / his mark and you will get your stun. Then use your and to combo him. Be sure to use your to stun though as it's easy to miss the others.

To be honest though, a good is very difficult to play against as .

Take Celerity
Work on dodging his early combos/harass
Try to use Disintegrate to stun (I think he can dodge it with his ulti though)
It's a difficult match-up, keep trying and learning each game versus him
Keep calm if you're struggling as Annie can still be very bursty and relevant into the mid game, even if you have a poor laning phase.
