The contest for this month ended on the 15th. PsiGuard posted that it would do so a few times to try to make sure everybody knew.
The reason for this was because some of the skins were available (or on sale maybe?) for only a limited time.

Yep, the skins are going to be removed from the store soon which is why we ended the raffle early. I've enabled tickets for next month, so you'll now be earning points towards the March raffle. Keep an eye on the front page for a post detailing next month's prizes in the future!
