comment block bug?

If you could record a clip of this happening it might help to have a visual of what's going on. Not sure how to replicate this if it's happening every time you click the box. It's possible reply boxes for threads, guides, blogs and Q&A might behave differently. Also there is a Preview button for comments (should be next to the Post button).
