I can answer 3 of them really quick for ya.
3. You now gain Blue Essence instead of IP and that is gained by opening Champion capsules and disenchanting champion shards. You do however get 50 Blue essence when you get your first win of the day.
4. There is no level cap since leveling up gives you champion capsules, and every 10th level you get a special capsule that contains better then normal capsule drops
5. You get key fragments by getting honor from other players and its random when you get them though

Hum OK, let's try to answer:
1. Elemental drakes are random and give the following buffs:
Infernal drake: Gives raw power burst to your team, is one of the most important drakes and can flip the tables really quick;
Ocean drake: Gives health regen when out of combat, despite being not so powerful at first glance, it helps a lot when dealing with poke champions or the jungle itself;
Mountain drake: Increases your damage against structures, makes splitpushing a lot easier, and having 3 of these will most of time end the game pretty fast;
Cloud drake: Increases your movement speed when out of combat, which makes your team REALLY fast if you take 3 of these.
Ocean drake: Gives health regen when out of combat, despite being not so powerful at first glance, it helps a lot when dealing with poke champions or the jungle itself;

2. The jungle plants (blast cone and scryer's bloom) are there for anyone to use, in fact, most of time it's not even the jungler who'll use them. However they should be used wisely, as they can turn a death situation on your favour.
3. Blue essence is earned through leveling up or disenchanting champion shards (which you get at level capsules too). Although it seens harder to get, it's in fact easier as some shard are really expensive, and some times you get many shards on one capsule.
4. No level cap anymore, you get capsules on every level up and a better capsule every multiple of 10, with some additional rewards at milestones (30, 40, 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 175, etc).
5. Sometimes the easiest way to get key shards is to not try to get it, seriously, sometimes you login and BAM, key shard. You take a break, and when you come back BAM, key shard. It's weird.
6. The new runes pretty much merged the old runes and talents system, I recommend you to pick sometime and read every rune and its effects, they are really dependant on your playstyle now.
7. Meta? What meta? Now talking seriously, meta is all screwed up, such that it isn't uncommon to see a tank

Clear out the blast one in the enemy jungle (behind dragon wall / next to blue-dragon rivir entry so they other jungler can't use it, leave the one in your jungle for your jungler to use. When roaming use the vision ones (forgot what they are called) to clear out wards (they can see you used it tho, depending on how you angle it, keep that in mind).
Also, when setting up baron/drake clear out the ones on their side and use all vision plants to sweep the pit (don't fire it towards their base if you're being sneaky, it's a good way to give away your stealth baron).
