Hi! I saw your blog posts in the main page and let me tell you, I think no one here has the same enthusiasm you have lol
And since you are so enthusiastic about your guide, I guess the only way to help you get better is to give some feedback, right?
I will try my best to do a full guide feedback, so be patien with me. I will do a quick description of the problems (and good things too) and then a list to help you organize the whole text.

CHEATSHEET
So this is what most of the readers will look and it is the first one too. Expanding it a little bit could be helpful (moreover since your guide is a not-really-common one) and the notes serves to give quick tips to the reader about why you choose or in which order or other things; repeating what it's essentially the title isn't helpful. Obviously if you expand the matchup section it will help your readers to understand when to take the champion, but obviously you need a lot of matches to get a somewhat full and detailed section.

THINGS TO DO:
  • A bit more detailed item build: for example, add a section about shoes choice (you take only Berserker's Greaves? There are other choices like Ninja Tabi, maybe when you are vs. an AD matchup?) For the items that are not core/shoes, you have to build them in that order? Can you take one item before the other, maybe in some particular situation? About situational items, there are only two choices? you can't take anything else (obviously if the answer is no ignore this question, this is your build lol)?
  • notes: if the reader must know something really important, then add a note or else do not put anything. For example, when have I to take one of the situational items?
  • matchups: as I said before, they will come naturally when you'll play more games, so don't sweat it

GOOD THINGS:
  • mid-item rush: things like specifying that you should rush the Recurve Bow over anything else is good. This way you guide your reader through his game and he knows what to build. Adding one or two more of this steps could be beneficial (for example, do you buy first Bilgewater Cutlass so you finish immediatly the BotRK or you sit on your Recurve Bow and you get a Zeal to have a piece for Runaan's Hurricane?)

INTRODUCTION
Who am I to judge an introduction? Come on, it's personal and everyone does what it wants lol

SKILL SEQUENCE

Design

So... copypasting from the wiki can be good, but you have to pay attention how it's pasted. As you can see, all the description are mixed with their values, making them a bit of a mess. You should correct them and divide the description from the values, like this:

Pierce
ACTIVE: Kalista hurls a fast and narrow spear, dealing physical damage to the first enemy hit.

If Pierce kills its target, the spear continues onward, transferring all of the dead victim's Rend Rend stacks to the next enemy it hits. This can repeat indefinitely until the spear reaches its maximum distance.

TARGET RANGE: 1150
SPEED: 2100
MANA COST: 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70
COOLDOWN: 8
PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 10 / 70 / 130 / 190 / 250 (+ 100% AD)

As you can see, now it's a lot cleaner; another thing that a lot of people doesn't correct when copypasting (don't worry, it's really subtle) are icons: in the wiki there are various icons inside the text and when copypasted they are still there, but in textual form. Some examples:

If Pierce kills its target, the spear continues onward, transferring all of the dead victim's Rend Rend stacks to the next enemy it hits.

Miss if she loses Sight icon sight of her target before they hit.

Be really carefull when copypasting from the wiki.

Content

Here I'll copypaste directly from Jhoijhoi's Making a guide

Quoted:
Telling the reader the stats of an item is useless. As mentioned earlier, tool-tip information is easily accessible. Readers want to know why an item is chosen, what it can be used for etc.

Here she's talking about items, but it goes the same for everything else. Everyone can read what a skill does, your role is to tell the reader some additional information or tips and tricks (for example, the first thing that comes in my mind is: since I'm mid, to whom should I use Black Spear?), you should put your own knowledge inside your guide.

THINGS TO DO:
  • cleanup of the section: just make it a bit nicer and delete the icon's names
  • tips: put some tips on how to use/when to use/why to use... everything that you know that can be usefull to the reader
  • skill sequence: well... the name of this section is "skill sequence", so you can rename the chapter or you can add some information about the skill sequence (what to max first) and why

Pros/cons
Ok, here there isn't nothing in particular to tell, if you can try to expand a little bit both lists and, if you want, you can put here (or even in the introduction) why someone should choose Kalista over some other midlaner.

Spells
From here to the end there is the same problem: everything is explained TOO quickly. Why you take the summoner's spells that you take? You explained when to take Exhaust or Cleanse (and that's good), but you don't explain why you take all of them. Yes, there are veteran player that can undestand your choice, but you have to think about new players that doesn't even know why you shouldn't build Trinity Force on Janna too.

Runes
This is the best section: here you took the advice I said inside the "Skill description", you put the tooltip and some of your knowledge. I can't say anything here since it's good as it is, just divide the tooltip from the explanation with a simple [/br] (don't put the backslash, it's there to prevent the parser to read the tag) and try to explain why that rune is better than others (this is for Coup de Grace and Triumph) or try to explain a bit less quickly your choice (if you can, don't add useless information if you don't have any).

THINGS TO DO:
  • cleanup of the section: just divide tooltip and explanation. Remember to look if there are icon's names left over from copypasting from the wiki.
  • explanations: if you can, expand your explanations
  • lethal tempo: you only wrote "Lehtal", dw lol

GOOD THINGS:
  • clean section: as you can see this chapter is easy to read and everything it's at his place, this way the reader won't be bothered to jump from a line to the other because there is something that shouldn't be there
  • explanations: even if it's not 1000000 lines of explanation, there are reasons to why you took something and that's good.

ITEMS
The problems is the same as the other chapters: reaaaaally short explanations. Always try to explain why someone should choose a specific item. For example:

The Bloodthirster
This item gives you disgusting life steal and survivability.

For the same reasons someone could take Death's Dance instead of this since it gives lifesteal and survivability anyway, so explanations are important.

THINGS TO DO:
  • explanations: expand them, pretty simple.

OTHER THINGS
I read from one of your blog post that you want to add gameplay footage of mid Kalista and that's an excellent idea! If you can prove your point with videos, people will understand that yours isn't a troll build or something like that, but a guide that has its meaning. If you can put something of yours, your guide will be always 100 times better!

GOOD THINGS:
  • ideas: if can put your own touch to the guide, it will get a lot better! For example, you can make a section dedicated to matchups where you put videos explaining how to manage a certain opponent (...you don't have to, it's really a big work to do, mine was only an example).

And this concludes the review/feedback/as you prefer to call it, I hope this helps you for the future. Keep the good work and keep your enthusiasm! :D

Thank you for this information i will start fixing the guide as best as i can,i have recently started making guides so i'm at beginner level for now,you put a lot of time into writing this,i'll try to make the video as best as i can,i had past experiences of making videos but then i deleted all of the videos i made on my chaneel cause they embarrassed me.
Starting tomorrow i will make the guide.
- Cleaner (like you mentioned in the Rend description)
- More Information on items, abilities and on the champion
- Make it not look like a troll build
- etc
But still i really appeciated your feedback :D!
Edit:I saw your malzahar guide so i see that you have a good understanding on how to make one.
