Ive tried dark harvest on a few other champions, but i dont think its a long term thing. While this patch, you can build it on most bursty type champions including sona, but i doubt its here to stay.

I stumbled across your guide today because I'm considering to re-pick up Sona into my Support pool.
You have a pretty nice guide there. :] I love your possible matchups section with all the explanations. You really must have taken your time writing all your thoughts and experiences down.
It got all the important sections, too.

You should remove references of the item from the notes too :^
There is one in the "early items" note and one in the "other cool items" note

hi hi, also another sona author just like moon but might i suggest that instead of you go so your E lets your Q and empowered Q does a lot more damage i tend to win a lot more trades early on with this and that your skill sequence is a bit more on the offensive side so like instead of 3rd you you 3rd then E 4th, just a thought and change some cdr items to stuff like or where you can get some form of sustain or shield to help you survive <3 just a thought

The build itself is fine, but the guide itself could use some work, and time. From my experience, most people looking at our guides are going to be newer to the champ, and explaining why you have most things the way you do will be extremely beneficial

So, Gathering storm to me is a risk. If your game doesn't get to the 40 minute mark, you kind of end up wasting the slot entirely. It's not the end of the world, even going scorch is only dealing 600 or so a game.

Cosmic insight is good on supports. The build I usually go, gives you 60% CDR anyways. So the only things you would be utilizing would be the max cdr increase, the summ and item cdr. Looking at sona the champion, she really doesn't have long cooldowns to begin with. I find it more viable on longer cooldown supports like janna or bard.

Free boots would be my go to in the inspiration tree, but I usually combo it with future's market. Future's market is super good with supports, as it can sync well with your adc's backs.

Tl;dr: its not a hindrance, but an inefficiency.

Sona is my go to when I get thrown into a support role by teams that auto lock and such, but I have a question for you on your rune page. I keep the main tree identical to yours with the exception of gathering storm I believe. I go back and forth on that one. Really kinda depends on the adc. but as for the secondary, i take inspiration going cosmic insight giving the extra cdr on summoner spells and overall, and the boots. Any comments on if this would be a decent replacement or if it is more of hindrance than a help?
