Hey amdlaihfgan, I'm afraid I don't have the spare time to code your guide for you, but you might be able to find someone else that can help. I'll point you to a few useful resources if you want help making your guide look pretty.
First of all, check out the official
BBCode Guide
for tips, templates and examples of different coding techniques. You can learn to do a lot of the basic coding stuff yourself and it's not too hard.
Secondly you could consider asking for help in @ Chromuro's coding lab.
If you're looking for graphics, you can check out the Artist's Corner. Comment in one of the active threads with your request or you can create a new thread and see if anyone wants to help you. Usually you can get graphics help for free from someone on the site.
Lastly, @ Hoppermh has done a lot of coding work for guide authors, but she's often busy. You can reach out to her if you want a similar kind of quality but you may have to pay for her time. Doesn't hurt to ask though.
