Great guide otherwise, I'll try it out.

I was scepticle at first, I have been usings Sorcery - Arcane, Nimbus Cloak, Celerity, Scorch
Domination - Cheap Shot, Ultimate Hunter
But your runes are EVEN BETTER, thankyou so much for bringing this to light. I know this is lazy but I am intrigued on changing one of the Resolve Runes to Overgrowth as this may bring Warmogs into play earlier. It's just that Shield Bash & Bone plating work so well they are hard to sacrifice now!
I was playing an experienced Darius last night, I had him hiding under his tower for ages! hehehe.

Overgrowth has nothing for me. I would like to add though that Rumble has mobility issues, "Spell Binder" item is definatley worth a try, It's similar to Rabadan's Deathcap but easier to build & and has an active speed boost with a 1min cooldown. I love using Spellbinder a must for every Rumble champions arsenal.

Sorry but just another pointer or a habit I will not let go, I prefer to max out E first, the harpoon slows the enemy is fantastic to add damage with nimbus cloak even better if you use E, Q & W to the target, W works with sheild bash (unless I'm mistaken).... all that added damage from the runes in one swift attack, just get those minions out of the way & combo that champion.

I also max E first especially if Im up against a top lane adc (inevitable return thanks to the crit item rework), but most of the time you want to max your Q first since its your bread and butter and its also the reason why melee top laners cry when they lane against you (except Garen, he's a meathead)

Garen XD arghhh! I have so much dificulty against him. I rush boots & spellbinder but he always gets the better of me it all depends on how quickly though! (unless the player doesn't know what their doing .. of course, well, he just gets Rumbled).
Any thoughts on how to deal with Yorick right now (24th February 2019)? Yorick is worth banning, I usually ban Heimerdinger but have been pitted against Yorick far too often recently.

I suggest rushing Sorc boots and then either Liandry's or Morello's first depending on his runes choice ( Morello's if he's taking Electrocute and Liandry's if he's taking Grasp).

Spellbinder's is more of a situational item tbh, if you're laning against someone immobile (Morde, Ornn, Chogath etc.) it's a good item for chasing them down. but if you're up against some who has either lots of mobility or someone who can go equal in terms of damage I'd recommend not building Spellbinder's and go for Rabbadons instead, the 40% bonus AP + the AP from your 2-3 damage items is more than enough to burst down almost any squishies who didn't build MR or stack HP.

For Yorick I can suggest a few things:

- Freeze your lane near your tower (freezing a lane using Rumble is difficult but do'able using AA's and E )and if he tries to CS harass him with your Q (while being careful not to break your freeze)
- Keep track on both his ability's CD's and his mana (he's fairly mana hungry the first few lvl's especially if he keeps spamming his E)
- Keep an eye out on how many grave markers he has, you really don't want to all in him and he suddenly uses Q to summon his goon squad
- if he sucessfuly E's you and his goon squad jumps at you use your Q to kill them since they're squishy

Generally you want to focus on getting CS to rush your boots + first AP item before he completes his first item while from time to time harassing him with Q + E pokes so he'll spam his Q to heal himself. Also it helps if your jungler is pro active enough that he has map pressure so Yorick will have second thoughts with overextending

ok so i understand most of the runes but i have a small suggestion

pretty important because your W gives your MS and a shield

then go to domination
with your E and your R this rune is very effective
just for a little bit of lifesteal to give a small bit of sustain in lane

also put in the threat bar and also is very effective for rumble as it will also activate just some small suggestions

Who should I ban for Low Elo to High Elo in current meta when playing Rumble?

My usual bans whenever I play Rumble are Garen, Illaoi and Yasuo. Garen can be very deadly if the one playing him is good, Illaoi's Test of Spirit can be annoying and if she decides to build tank you're out of luck, and a high elo Yasuo will take advantage of your lack of mobility.

Would conqueror work, I mean he is melee and true damage would be crazy on his ult??

He is melee, but unlike other melee champs in top lane Rumble scales with AP not AD (I like to think of him as the black sheep in the family) so he won't be able to fully utilize Conquerors the same way Kled and Olaf do and the only time Rumble has to use his AA is either he overheats during a fight or he gets backed in a corner and has no other choice.
