This cheatsheet is...very confusing to say the least.
I'm an Ekko OTP and I'm confused about your item choices. You list 2 Dark Seals on reset. Why? I know the extra AP and health is useful but I don't think that the effects stack so it's not gold efficient.
You also list Kindlegem. If you've played Ekko this preseason at all you'd know that Kindlegem no longer builds into Hextech Rocketbelt so there's no reason to buy it.
Cosmic Drive is listed in the core items section. Why? The current meta doesn't have Cosmic Drive included anywhere. I'd almost say that a lot of this was pulled from op.gg but that isn't listed there so I can't. It's not like he really needs it, he has a lot of mobility from Z-Drive Resonance, Hextech Rocketbelt, and (if you decide to take it) Lich Bane.
Also where is Morellonomicon in the situational items? This is an important item to grab against healing enemies and I don't see it in the cheatsheet anywhere.
Nashor's Tooth should be listed somewhere on this build. It's really powerful with it's on-hit effects and is very efficient gold-wise. It's also great for split-pushing.
Void Staff is also significantly better than Rabadon's Deathcap right now simply because of gold efficiency and it's magic resist scaling. You could swap out the item if the enemies don't have that much magic resist, but usually you'll buy Void Staff first since you need to make the best use of your gold as possible (obviously).
I hope this comment helps you to take into account more aspects of Ekko gameplay and help you to make a better guide. If not...well I am making an Ekko mid guide right now so that should help those looking for in-depth, updated, guides.
P.S. I hope you don't take offense to anything I wrote Yamikaze, I think you're a really cool guy and I love your Talon gameplay, I'm just a serious Ekko main and I want to make sure that others understand how to play my favorite champion properly.
T cancel wny of them you just need to use E then Q / W / R and it will be much faster like that and will mak the combo much smoother. The cancel animation with your E Q will be effective to do more DPS and the E W combo will make the W animation much harder to notice,so you can surpise your enemy with a fight changer ability, in low elo most of the players not noticing to the E W animation not a lot of players in low elo notice to the sound, animation or the ekko hologram the fires the W so it makes it very usefull in ganking lanes to make an unexpected stun
