What proc overrhealing? Warmog?

Warmog is HP regen and do not overheal. However your passive does as long as you get Precision > Overheal rune. What you are looking for is Lifesteal and Omnivamp those proc more overhealing. (Fruits also overheal)

That should work as an AD Cho. But remember Cho is 60% AP tendency. So It's meant to be mage or tank since it's not an auto attack champ.

However in matchups where 4/5 or 5/5 champs are melee only well then AD is viable for sure. Items like Titanic Hydra will overpower your E damage insanely. And Ravenous Hunter will give you the lifesteal you want.

Cho as AP is better than AD because One 'Q' is enough to kill a champ or reduce 50% of his HP. Imagine landing another ability?

Feel free to experiment in normal mode games first to understand how Cho works.

I must not be doing this right but every time I've tried this build i've been destroyed early game so much that my late game power never comes into play. I'm M7 with Cho and have started to try to play him in the support role. However any time i've laned into an AP supp like brand, morgana, veigar, etc. i've had my **** pushed in and my *** flamed by my adc. If you have any early game tips into heavy AP supports i would love it.

First you should always ban Morgana. Brand is a bit of a trouble if he lands his combo you're stunt. So as long as you dodge his combo he is useless. How his combo works? He will hit you with a W or E first then the second hit with Q which stuns; dodge his second hit and then go all in on him or ADC whoever the closest to your ADC. Rushing swiftness boots, or tabi or treads helps a lot to dodge skill shots.

So remember brand is useless and vulnerable once he fails his combo. And most importantly Do not waste your aftershock. If ever brand stunt you or they 2v1 you; you must successfully land your Q to activate aftershock to survive; you miss your Q you could die.

When your adc sucks do not flame him and do not engage in any fight until your jungler gank your lane.

Yes, AP cho against burst champions can work just make sure to pick comet runes and buy Spellthieft first then 2 doran rings to lane longer then Lost chapter > Luden's Echo.

I updated the guide with comet runes and AP items you must buy in order. Just remember one thing Cho Ap is squeechy but can one shot if you land your combo.

Have you tried Shield Bash over Demolish for the extra damage/healing?

Cho does not get any shield so he does not benefit from that rune item unfortunately.

Aftershock will render you stronger and tankier early phase especially after landing a Q. We're playing tank so we need all runes from resolve.

Glacial Augment is not viable earlier as far as I have tried because you slow one champion then you remain vulnerable to the other. Glacial is useful in 1v1 situation top/mid lanes but definitely not as rewarding bot lane. Remember we're playing tank.

I rather take velocity instead of timewarp if I go secondary Inspiration rune. As your Q and E slow down enemies velocity scales throughout the entire game. Timewarp becomes useless mid/late game.
