Being able to throw blades, cast smoke and use a scroll to get water isn't magic, that's regular ninja abilities. The only other parts in it that could be considered "as magic" is only made possible because of [[shen]] in that video. About the recall animation, she doesn't use a teleport spell, she uses a teleport scroll, these are considered 2 different things altogether. One is made by someone using magic, one is made by someone who doesn't have magic but has an item that lets you perform an action just like a ninja should. [[ekko]]'s weapons is what gives him the ability to break time but he's still considered a regular human without them.
