Make sure that it's the correct summoner name and the correct region.
Once that's done you can click the button for the automated summoner verification process. This process will ask you to assign a summoner icon on your League of legends account, not the account you use on Mobafire. Once you've chosen the summoner icon on your league account, you can go back to the verification process and press verify (make sure you're using the correct icon).
If you've done this and none of it works, let me know.
