The only known way to put youtube videos into guides is to use the embed feature e.g.
Unfortunately there is no way to make it autoplay, so readers will still have to click on it to watch it.
As for the Youtube Prime extension, there is a button within your guides Basic Setup tab that you can check if you want your youtube video at the top to autoplay, though this is a prime feature just to make that clear.
