Has the issue persisted for a while or is it very recent? Usually if you've verified your account and something like this happens, it could just be better to be a bit patient and wait for a day or so for the site to recognize your rank, level etc. and make sure it's correct on your profile and so forth.
If it has still been the same for some time or if you're still having the same issue after some days from now, please let me know and we'll see if we can get it fixed.

Hey @ LunarVortex! You can try looking for your Summoner Profile on LeagueSpy and updating it there. MOBAFire pulls your Summoner information through LeagueSpy and errors can happen from time to time. Let me know if that fixes it!
Okay so since my last post, something weird happened. It automatically changed the account in my profile to this one, which is my other account that I don't currently play ranked on: https://euw.op.gg/summoner/userName=%CE%95Iisa
I did not change anything myself. Literally just woke up and looked at my profile. I did not put it there. That account used to be called LunarVortex and the account that is currently called that was called something different, but the namechanges are like a month or two ago already. I'm guessing maybe that messed it up?

Like I explained in my last comment above, the verified account has now automatically changed itself to my other account, which used to be called 'LunarVortex' in the past, but is now called something different. The namechanges were a couple months ago already, but it looks like they are causing this issue?

The account in question is 'LunarVortex' on EUW (op.gg: https://euw.op.gg/summoner/userName=LunarVortex). It is level 65 and Diamond IV. On my profile, after verifying it via the process, it shows as level 200 and Unranked. I would like to see the Diamond tag on my guide, what can I do?
