Build: Draktharr> resistance boots>Youmuu/Collector>Edge of Night/Youmuu/Death Dance>BOTRK/Serylda>GA/Malmortius/Antiheal
You can still change the build but you get the idea (you need more damage than normal)
Runes:Electrocute/PTA
Electrocute: Sudden Impact/Taste of Blood,Eyeball,Ultimate Hunter> Transcendence,Manaflow/Nimbus Cloak or Inspiration
PTA: Triumph,Alacrity/Tenacity,Coup De Grace> Eyeball,Ultimate Hunter
Why everyone recommend Eclipse ?
Eclipse is safer choice because of its passive. Passive damage always hit 6% of enemy's HP and it gives you sustain.
If you don't like Eclipse you can buy Youmuu as your first item then build Eclipse or Divine Sunderer(my preference).
Note: Youmuu is 300g cheaper, will make your roams easier, gives Ability Haste and it is my favorite Pantheon item.
My playstyle in teamfights: I either go enemy's backline with ult and hold at least 2 people or stay with our teams carry and peel her/him while looking for opportunities to kill someone.
For this playstlye Eclipse is good, Divine Sunderer is better. I also take Conqueror.
In conqlusion Draktharr is very risky item but it can be really good if you can snowball.
