Hey @ OsakaSatang, the raffle points were reset yesterday due to the October Raffle ending early.
As mentioned in the October Raffle post, October's raffle will end early because the harrowing skins are limited and only here to stay for a few days. By ending the raffle early, we have the time necessary to send all of our winners their Harrowing skins before they're removed from the store and going back into the vault.
Don't worry though, the points you have currently (being 4) are counting for the November raffle instead, which has started early.
