I Jungle with Shen when I play him, usually start at blue, sometimes change up my masteries and kill one of the small wolves first while waiting for blue to spawn, but starting at blue allows your energy to regenerate faster letting you spam moves more often, especially with the CDR. Every once in a while I'll start my jungle at red for the DOT while I'm jungling, and for the slow if I know I'm going to have to gank early.

Why start at lizard?

Ye, I get the faster jungling, but doesn't golem do about the same? Won't the lizard buff also be down by the time you've cleared the jungle?

It give you faster energy regen and thus more sword throws, but I do understand that it's less damage than lizard.
Again; Won't the lizard buff be down by the time you've cleared the jungle? I think that's a con to that jungle path.

are those mini-golems where the wolves should be?
In one of the older versions of LoL, the wolf and golem camps would randomly spawn, but there'd still be one of each.
Can't do much better than Stonewall. Although he really doesn't need to start at blue buff - a wraith or small golem start is fine.
