Patch 12.11 Summary

This patch introduces a variety of new changes coming to champions having [[aphelios]], [[caitlyn]] and [[gwen]] being among the few targets for this patch. This patch will also introduce more changes to mage, grievous wounds, tank and fighter items along with [[kraken slayer]], [[umbral glaive]] and [[blade of the ruined king]]. It'll also include some more system changes for turrets and more. Of course, patch 12.11 also marks the release of [[bel'veth]], The Empress of the Void, who will be available on June 9th.
