I personally dont find the rammus matchup that bad. I do think you need wits end + bork + cleaver to make it playable tho. The reason i dont think its that bad is because rammaus can never really taunt you since you already self taunt. Ontop of the fact you can just push him back with Briar E after he does Q to cancel his ball roll

They nerfed a lot of her damage and a lot of her healing sources. This is what made overheal really strong but as of late i find it not nearly as useful. Triumph is a lot more necessary when in a team fight.

yes! Riot only nerfed CRIT, lethality is still just as strong!

they made her viable to go bruiser with the new patch 14.2, but lethality is still strong. Crit is pretty much dead now. I would only go bruiser into comps like jax, zac, naut, at least 3 beefy frontliners.

i like hubris but theres a really big problem. The item gives you raw ad and thats not something briar really wants. ghostblade gives you a LOT of ms, cyclosword gives you 100 bonus damage early and a massive slow to stick to targets, collector has the execute and some crit that briar can use well. Hubris is more for champs like talon zed kayn khazix rengar, true assassins that can kill in one rotation of spells. I think its decent on briar but you would have to replace cyclo sword for it not both. You should never replace lord dominiks or any armor pen as briar will need that a lot more

I think hexplate is a bad item. The reason for it being bad on Briar is that the attack speed buff activates the moment you press R. The time it takes for your R to travel, for it to land, and then for it to take you to your target, all happen while the buff is active so by the time you reach your target you dont get the full duration when you land.

BRUISER BRIAR BUILD EXPLANATION:
In Season 13, Bruiser Briar was really bad. This was a result of her many CONSECUTIVE nerfs over the next 3 months after she released. Her best first item was Goredrinker or Stridebreaker, but both of these builds still weren't good as she lacked a lot of base damage from the previous nerfs and building bruiser made it so her damage was nonexistent.

In Season 14 Bruiser is now really strong because they removed gore and made stride worse, so the best first item is Eclipse! This is now a bruiser item and NOT an assassin item! It provides a LOTTT more damage early and allows you to build full bruiser after without hurting your Damage.

LETHALITY BRIAR BUILD EXPLANATION:
I tried Voltaic Cyclosword and its a good item but its awkward to build.
Ghostblade is by far the best FIRST item now that Duskblade is removed and Eclipse is no longer a Lethality item. It provides higher DPS as Voltaic is only stronger for the single empowered Auto it gives.
If you take Voltaic CycloSword 2nd item it feels good, but then if you do this you wont have Collector until your 3rd item. If you do take collector 3rd item then it delays your Armor pen until 4th item. You pretty much always need a last whisper item 3rd because if you get 2 lethality items early, the enemy will almost always have more armor by your 3rd item which makes raw lethality not as good.

i think he will since that was made during 12.23 when PBE items when weren't out on live
