Passive: Foresight
- One random enemy champion is highlighted on the map every 60/45/30 seconds
- This gives no peripheral vision
- Lasts 1/2/3 seconds
- Scales at 1/7/13

Q - Minds Eye
- Blasts psychic waves in a cone. All units appear for the duration of the wave
- Cone's range is 750/1000/1250/1500/1750
- Cone's Arc is 15/30/45/60/75 degrees
- Lasts for 1/2/3/4/5 seconds
- CD is 17/15/13/11/9

W - Phathom Reach
- Reaches out and pulls an enemy champion for 3 seconds
- Pulls by 50/100/150/200/250 range per second
- Deals 20/40/60/80/100 (+.15 AP) magic damage per second
- Range is 500/650/800/950/1100
- CD is 25/21/17/14/10

E - Dark Intent
- Plants a mental bomb is an enemy champions head that explodes after 4 seconds
- Deals 10/20/30/40/50 (+.2 AP) magic damage
- The target takes 5% more damage from this spell per Dark Intent on the enemy debuff lasts 4 seconds(BTW this works like karthus' lay waste. You simply press hovering over a target. and there must be a target to be lit up.)
- Blast radius is 300
- Range 500 or anywhere within minds eye's revealed area
- CD is 5/4/3/2/1

R - Contemplation
- Supresses an enemy for 1.5 seconds dealing 100/200/300 (+.5 AP)
- It then fears them for 1.5 seconds
- CD is 60

Any suggestions. I didn't quite know how to balance dark intent. It his primary damage but I didn't want it to seem too OP.

Made some changes and buffed him a bit.

I love this idea - especially the passive, though it might not be that effective in some games. :)
I don't know if it is well-balanced, but the ideas are awesome. The ulti can litterally take out a carry in a teamfight, if you focus him/her.

Thanks. The passive is mainly for exposing junglers early and mid game. then it helps spot team ganks late game. FYI the enemy would not know you could see them. Most abilities let them know. Like the clairvoyance eye or some of the traps show a pair of eyes above you. This would show them but they wouldnt know.

yea this is nice, AP ratio on E and R is wayy too low tho, even if you are including a suppression and a 1 second cooldown bomb

How long does the Dark Intents last in terms of buffing the next Dark Intent's damage?
By Mind's Eye Range in Dark Intent's explanation, do you mean people revealed by Mind's Eye?

The AP ratio is too low on Dark Intent BTW. It would be better if it was maybe .1 or a little bit more.

Made some changes to scaling and some ability clarification. You also have to remember that dark intent does full aoe damage. With CDR maxed you are using it every .6 seconds.

I personally think the ulti is a little OP with that damage/fear combo, Hm, capped level ulti lets put this into an event:

You're up against an ashe. you use this assuming ashe has around 1750 health at level 18 with no health items. Does about 300+ AP ratio, then fears for 1.5 seconds allowing you to wreck her the dmg itself brought her health to around (Not necessarily) 1400 health, Then the fear just cast 3 more skills and her health could end up at 300 and just auto attack to death, Idk, depending on the AP ratio and he rmagic resist this could go way worse or way better, plus you could escape in the nick of time "PASSIVE!" oh no jungler comming for me time to jet! lol

I have to disagree a little. Yes its powerful but thats the point. If you are end game and ashe ECA you with a IE and PD on you are dead. Period. You wont escape and you probably wont have time to do a lot of damage. Her only CC is her ult. Almost all champs have one CC. Most castors have 2. I know what your saying but so what if she can anihilate a squishy...thats her job. Is Galio's ult OP because he can incapacitate and entire team for 3 seconds while your team beats on them? Yes! Buts its still in the game.

As a side note, I truly feel that squishy physical dps needs a buff. Nukes can blow them away. And tanky dps and tanks can just out last them. A DPS is useless until late game where they are good but still too fragile to really dominate.

***For instance. Fully fed ashe vs fully fed leblanc. Leblance opens with Q-R combo. Ashe cant ult. Leblance follows with w-e and ashe is dead. Leblanc w's out and its now 4v5. Same can happen to almost any carry. But I digress.
