I like this idea :)
I have had experiences like this before when I do premade.
Riot should look into this.

Yea, it should be that way in all queues. And an auto decline if you don't click anything.
"Blizzard spoke thus; Thou shalt not BM. And the players replied Nay, I shall Play my hand with Lethal already on the board. And so Blizzard sent unto them this Brawl of Yogg, As a lesson for their sins of Pride and Greed, for he is the Prophet of Madness and RNG. On that day, the tavern descended into an era of chaos and darkness, until the weekend passed and everyone forgot all about it. Amen. Book of SMOrc, Verse 20, Chapter 4." - Feam T

Currently, if someone queue dodges in champion select, players are immediately thrown back into queue with the same priority that they had entering champion select originally, leaving a fairly high chance of being re-queued almost immediately. Generally this is a GREAT feature, but there are some downsides to it. I've had many instances where I'll be queuing with friends and one of them will have PVP.net problems and have to dodge, which sounds fine, we're cool waiting 5 minutes, but before we can even exit queue we're immediately thrown into a new game without said friend. Other times I've had a friend lock in a champ, everything looks cool and so they go to get a drink or something. This again sounds fine, but then someone else on the other team will dodge, and now we're thrown immediately back into another game where my friend is off thinking they're loading in right now, and are in fact sitting in champ select with no one selected.
What I'm asking is if there could be an addition to the PVP.Net client where all the members of a premade could "Okay" requeuing, that would prevent lots of problems such as the two that I listed above. It would be great if the priority system was kept, but simply put on hold until all the members of the premade were ready to play again.
tl;dr - Vote after someone queue dodges on if the premade is ready to queue again, so when Bob goes off to get a drink and someone dodges, he isn't requeued with no champion picked.
