You are correct but that is the point. you are supposed to be the smart one. you are the support remember. You can either save allies or get blasted away in a split second. Thats how all supports are. In use of this ulti, you would tether and stay out fire. Your ally basically becomes undying and unaffected by CC. That is very powerful. But you still have to be careful because you are still vulnerable.

Yeah, I generally like your ideas as well, Read. This one would make people realize the importance of supports and change up the basic play-style of the game.
More heals will even out games a little more. With the healers we have now (very few), we can make a slight difference. But games are still mostly based on the carries getting fed and not based on evenly tanking, supporting, and dps-ing.

Life Stream seems just a tad imbalanced with his passive.
"I'm gonna heal you for more HP than you will ever need!"

To LUG:
The shield will keep staqcking if the hp continues to get replenished. However Each shield buff only lasts X amount of time so in answer to your question no it does refresh but the stacking should keep some shield on him for a while.

He does not get any kills or assists for the allies he kills. It would treat him as if he were river's minion at that point.

Maybe change the wording on your W to make it say Their nearest Allied Champion or the nearest Enemy champion so it a little more clear.
The ult seems fun. Be able to drag them. Then I would get a TON of movement speed and pull them to the base if close enough XP
