I must agree with Jet. Unless you are focusing on building her as an "on hit effect" champion i wouldnt recomend it. If you go for Bloodrazor, TBC and so on, you could pick it. But there are better items for her.
Wit's End is mostly just good on Teemo. If you want to get Wit's End, play teemo.

But isnt Wit's end a pain in the *** against other heroes who need mana but are not building a large mana pool. wont your auto-attack harass just piss them off? Isnt this just situational? It would be good against that ashe spamming volley at you, so you burn her mana, and watch her QQ over mana problems. Then she cant spam her volley as before now. Or that yi using alpha as last hitting. no more mana = no more last hits for yi if he goes mid and cant take harass. thats why i think that it is situational

wits end will do 42 bonus dmg, ripping mana off is a bonus, having wits end and a high atk speed and going against sum1 with a low mana pool like shaco will destroy him not allowing him to invis out due to having no mana.
Tristana excels in building mostly AD items because of her awesome AS steroid.

That being said, someone mentionned it is situationnal, and I feel he's right. By midgame, you can be able to remove 100 mana per second. Champions such as Rammus never lack mana because they have just the right pool in order to make a good fight. Kite him a bit with Wit's End and he will clearly lack mana if they engage. This is only one example among many.
