I'm pretty sure the dodge stacks. Although, it's not as good as it first seems. Full dodge everything, you only get... 30~ dodge chance I think.

Consider that with 6 Ninja Tabi you're only getting 48% dodge. Even with dodge seals, you just barely reach 50%. While that sounds great, you have no damage. Jax isn't as reliant on dodge anymore - you're basically guaranteed to get your Counter Strike off in a fight and then you can win with a hybrid or an AP build, relying on damage, not hax.
