Try and persuade someone on your team (who knows how, of course) to jungle. You need all the last hits you can get.

I love Nasus so I'm gonna put some tips here for you;
1. To last hit under tower let tower hit melee creeps twice then you last hit them, for ranged creeps hit them one, let tower hit them, then you last hit them. (Of course it changes depending on their health before coming into tower range, so use your initiative.)
2. Don't use Spirit Fire in the lane if it's under level 3. It's just a mana drain which pushes your lane (we DO NOT want to push the lane in the early stages)
3. Build these items, Dorans Shield, Merc treads, Sheen/Aegis, Aegis/Sheen, Trinity Force, Tank/DPS item, Tank/DPS item.
4. Try to Wither an enemy THEN spirit fire to keep them on it for the longest time.
5. never ult too early, the enemy will just run away! Make sure they are committed.
EDIT: have top solo, not mid, or bottom with a support who isn't killing minions
