Not to toot my own horn, but the chances of finding a 100% cooperative team on the US is very uncommon stage in solo queue. Sometimes I'll get Teammates that can actually communicate, but most of the time, I'm forced to go absolute tryhard and carry. It works!
Bad players help you improve your own game by teaching you to do what high elo players do. Not give a damn about your team and to just carry them. Harsh but those are some golden words :P

Best random teamwork? That would have to be my roflstomping of my first ranked game with Karma (which was my third game overall with her). I was impressed with my allies.
Best overall game? 38/8 Amumu. Standing beside enemy nexus, both turrets beating on me, penta-kill. :)

Playing with my AP TF build.
A kog'maw took clairvoyance too.
We were feeding hard, myself especially -not thinking straight- died 21 times in the whole game, except for the kog'maw, but I destroyed a good 3~4 turrets.
Due to our Double Clairvoyance, we ganked the enemy 3 times, THREE TIMES, at baron!!
We had full awareness of enemy movements. Ganked, got an ace at the last baron gank, pushed to victory. ^^
Best turn around ever. :]
