Well just take a little critisizm on the chin here. From the people that have written you back have said that your items in the build need to be changed around a little so start there. Your runes and masteries look fine for what your trying to acompolish with this build which means you should be able to get your early kills if executed properly. However your build is a risk/reward one, not stardard builds tend to push people away, I would update your gear that you would be getting in the mid. and late game to something more standard like a Banshee's Veil or something. One thing also you could change around that would make it more appealing to try out is to get your RoA before your Sorcerer's Shoes and get your Frozen Heart before your Archmage Staff. A few other minor suggestions would be to swap out the quint of intel. for health and to take up exhaust with the mastery point in it so that early gank will be that much easyer. Right now i think your build has a appeal to it but its definitly not 100% completed. Play around with a few things and adjust some of your mid/late game items to what the Vets. recommend.

iv played loads of games with ryze but i have been unable to fully buy eveything. My build is for first blood/strong power for the rest of the game. I try build up as much mana as i can muster as it ups dps by a tone.

I feel if this build did not work, i would not be getting told im being reported left right and center from players i nuke down so fast. i would not also get the other team saying wow never seen a ryze played so well.

please dont nock this build before you try it. I would never have put the time and effort in to making this build if i did not think it was the best one for ryze out there.

As use will have seen my spelling is bad, so i had to risk looking like a tool to make this build, but i feel it was worth it. Its a shame people mark it down and dont say anything.

there is no point in a mananume, especially at that stage. By the time you finish you ROA and Archangels, your manamune will not be able to provide much mana as there will not be too long left for you to spam it up. Also, i usually get my tear earlier to work up the bonuses asap. I do not up my archangels until i have gotten my frozen heart too. The mana and armor is way better than the 1860 gold for your archangels. Even after that, i might even get a banshee's veil first.

thanks for the replys and yes sorry for the grammer and spelling parts. my english is not all that good when typing talking is fine.

where you said about not upgrading the tear to archmage, im sure i did not put it that way. i wait and build up the RoA after the tear and boots are done. once the RoA is dont i then upgrade my tear to the staff. if i have made that mistake i will fix that mistake.

also to morasi. i have checked the magic pen to flat mana and it shows i get more out of the mana than i do out of the spell pen.

also yes to the kills. if i dont get them fast at start it can be tricky but not major problem even ***is work ok.

thanks for the replys :)

Yes but the flat mana is to give you more power as well where the regen. doesnt give too much of anything. You have to think about the theory of the build, hes doing this unorthodox rune and mastery build so he can have a strong early game, if he doesnt get a kill or 2 early he will be farther behind than the normal cookie cutter ryze build, however if his build does pay off then he will be ahead of hopefully everyone early and the fact that he sacrificed his runes and build a little wont matter anymore.

I disagree with the flat mana marks. 9x5.91=53.19 mana. @ 10% = 5.3 damage. @ 5% = 2.65 damage. Having magic penetration marks will provide more damage (i'm sure, even without the math).

53 mana barely makes a difference to skill spamming early; (50 mana = barely 1 spell) mana regen is a better option for that purpose.

Interesting idea to build the first blood Ryze. W/O intel runes off the start you really have to pick where you use your mana which is why i like your runes and like your masteries as well for the survivibility. The thought of Ryze being fed even a little at the start of a game is a scary thought. One con to your guide though... spelling and grammar... lol :P

However a few other things that i might consider changing when about to play this build is not upgrading the Tear of the Goddess to a Archmage Staff so soon and placing the extra money into starting your next item. Another thing is if you decide to not stick on Tears of the Goddess and go for the Archmage Staff early is trading out the Manamune to get something with more survivibility. This is because if you do get your RoA and Archmage Staff early, by the time you get your Manamune your not giving it enough time to build up your mana pool because your getting it so late in the game. You might as well boost your survivibility with a armor or get something that have a large flat mana base to it.
