If you made it, just replace some parts then. Change out the fans. Check the other... things that need to be checked. Clean it out. Just do spring cleaning on the thing.

Google for some program that can look up your temps and then buy a new fan for the parts that have heat problems.

This kind of gave it away though:
The graphics card prolly can't handle w/e you're doing (I'm assuming gaming?) Most computers heat up during extended gameplay periods though, when the graphics card is really getting worked.
Please contact the maker of your computer for more specific info, and check your specs. Might not meet the game requirements.
