Depends on many things.
This kind of gave it away though:
Ive had my computer for about 4~5 years.
The graphics card prolly can't handle w/e you're doing (I'm assuming gaming?) Most computers heat up during extended gameplay periods though, when the graphics card is really getting worked.
Please contact the maker of your computer for more specific info, and check your specs. Might not meet the game requirements.

I'm having the same the same problems, but my computer reaches 95 degrees Celcius (almost the boiling point of water). It shuts down automatically when I play league of Legends for more than 10 minutes.
The solution I found was to play with an Icepack under it. The kind you put in coolers, to keep everything cold, or in lunchboxes. It work pretty well, but it's a temporary fix of course. I'm guessing you have a desktop? It might be more complicated to place ice around it, but it's probably still feasible.
I know that for mine one of the fans died. You say yours are working but the computer might not be handling their speeds well enough if it heats up too much.
