is DFG a good item?

[/quote] Well if you say 900AP this will give you 31.5% +30% from the item itself = 61.5% (ofc - MR)... but tbh... with 900AP i wouldnt focus tank to give a 40% shot, instead of i would go for any other target to have 2nd ultu on veigar... 61.5%??? Veigar vs Ashe combo - 1Q DEAD![/quote]
