Okay, I'd really like some feedback on my passive. It seems like that's the only thing that people dislike, so could I hear some thoughts on it.

Passive: CAC1 gains a speed boost after the extent of an enemy crowd control spell is worn off.

It wouldn't apply more than once, but do you guys think the speed boost should be proportional to the length of the CC/type of CC?

No. I'd say a flat increase is fine regardless of CC.

I'm sort of unsure as to how I want my Q and E to be. I was thinking a skillshot for Q and a target for E, but I was wondering if I could leave that information absent for now and people will vote on that later if my skillset makes the cut?

Also, I agree with Read (or whoever said it, I think it was Read) about the ultimate to an extent. I was wondering what others thought:

-is it bad that the CC depends on your teammates not GTFO'ing?
-Should the ultimate bounce?
-Should mine be more like Mowen's ultimate?
-So I don't steal votes, how could my ultimate stick to the theme while being different from Mowen's?

Trojan, I would consider maybe just making the Ultimate AoE. Now, that may seem OP, but you could reduce the time feared for each champion that was feared and you could even make it a small channel so people have a chance to counter if it was still too OP.

It probably isn't the best idea to have a CC based on your teammates, because then you would be stuck only using this champion in Premades for the Full Potential of her, arrest me for speaking the truth. XD

Bouncing ultimates are cool, but the missile speed could cause problems. If it went too fast, the enemy wouldn't be able to do anything. If it was too slow, they could kill you and have the ultimate do pretty much nothing(have had this happen with Brand's ultimate). So I am not sure.

I thought of a pretty wicked idea that you might want to use. It would have to be balance and I thought about putting it in my kit but doesnt fit well.

Passive:
Per X seconds of not being CCed the next CC becomes Y less effective (lasts a shorter amount of time) After Z time of charging (it would have to be like 2 minutes at least) the next CC is reflected back on the caster. Fiddle fears you but is instead feared himself.

So basically the longer it charges the less effective a CC is. If it charges long enough the next CC is reflected.

Just an idea. Take it or leave it. I just figured you wanted to do something with a CC and it be different.

For your ultimate, I would suggest a brief stealth where you pop out and then the AOE fear and damage happens. I saw this idea in one of the other threads and i think it would be a good medium for your ult.

- I think it's better if his passive didn't stack and worked in a really simple way, without requiring his teammates to GTFO.
- No, his ultimate shouldn't bounce. It's pretty good as it is. But it could deal some damage to enemies or give a steroid to CAC 1.

And I think you shouldn't try to get closer to Mowen, seriously. lol

I do like the speed boost on CC, however if you use it you need to decide if that would include things like knock-ups and pushes.

Also Read: that would need to exclude the external buffs (blue, red, baron). Maybe the one mentioned earlier about negating would work better if you want to get rid of those in some way.
