The bionic concept is very beautiful, but doesn't really apply to this concept. I see no ranged weapon and the character looks like a melee off-tank.

STORY:
Nix is a powerful witch, and was once beautiful as well. Sadly, a hard and fast life of dark magic has disfigured her, while a passion for chocolate yordles has made her put on incredible weight. Eventually, she resorted to self-performed cosmetic magicks in an effort to restore the slender figure of her youth. Alas, the transformation was but an illusion - furthermore, it was an illusion that only affected her self-perception. Nix believes herself to be an attractive woman. The rest of the world only gives her the moniker "Hex Hag."
It is said that her twin wands are pieces of the sun and moon that she snatched from the sky through dark rituals; in truth, they are merely stage props she stole from a wizard who spurned her affections. Nevertheless, Nix is a powerful witch who has proven herself capable enough to enter the League of Legends, where she intends to capture the hearts and minds of strapping young men across the world.

This does not work, as the theme of CAC1 already is decided to be a fragile ranged dps with debuffs.
