HA! 1500 elo ....not even close to worth talking about EZly obtainable from JUST! solo Qing.... ( my elo is lower) i have my brother (hes alot yonger then me) play my first few raked matchs he droped my elo to 900- i put it back up in 1 day to 1200 (where it sits now) i have no intrest in solo Qing its all about team play and 5 vs 5 ranked (hence the turnys cash prizes and **** you get from actauly winning were it counts)

becaz offence dont help you do what your champions is the best at Holding down others and there team so your team can kill them and kiteing so your weak players can escape bad situations is what you pick Ash for if i wanted damage id get someone like tryndamer whos damage out put is close to max not ash whos damage per lvl is almost a joke

as for the deminishing returns comment max is max bro if the ash on the other team is slowing your team but yorus slows MORE your still faster its not a matter of having alot its a matter of having the most you can get you dont take Swain and not get Spell vamp simple becaz his Ult already heals do you its the same concept

where exuactly did i say elo = the ability to make a build or a win ...as someone who hasnt increased my elo at all (other then when i let my bro learn to play and he wanted ranked) i dont think i said elo = anything ever....

Why would you get Frozen Mallet? Red Buff and Frost Shot should be enough.
They are MORE than enough.
Why? Because there's a thing called diminishing returns on slows.
