No. this is great but it needs work. masteries are great, the seals are a bit too defensive for my tastes, but you have two key problems. #1 If you have any opponnents getting armor at all the starks will do about nothing for you. second, the madrid's is a classic mistake. some ad and as sure, with an awesome passive THAT TOTALLY DOESN'T DO ANYTHING WITH YOUR W!!! as it says in the discription or Ricochet, the on hit doesn't bounce. Ricochet and your bb are your main damage dealers, and the money would be better spend on something that will bounce (ad). phage and frozen mallet also have the same problem with their slow, but since i use it also, i can't complain.

It's just a matter of playstyle fella, I usually max bouncing blades to kill early minions to keep my tower safer and to push on theirs frequently. An early tear of the goddess may sacrifice life steal and attack speed,but the early game farm you achieve far outweighs an early zeal+berserker grieves.

At first I was like, WOW this is a good start and might be better overal for early games (runes/mana/dmg and harass methods taken in consideration)
Your start is awesome mana wise. Making you total dominate the harassing part.
To bad manamune is so expensive that until that time you have a lack of AD and AS incl a little less HP till level 7.
Manamune being 2110 with by then only 20+6 AD given from it. I could have Doran Blade + Berzerkers Greaves giving me 10 AD + 25% AS for a few minites allready.

Furthermore, I do see you know the DPS mechanics, buying AS/AD/AS/AD in order to balance out for max DPS. Starting out with AS is less then when you would start with AD. So swapping Zeal with Madred's razor would give you a better start.

By the time I reached the end of your build and start to read the comments. I see you just like the 2.5 x per sec and have your ult not have its full potential. Also calculating your total AD * AS plus crit chance etc... I doubt you going to be any effective in high ELO.

Your build is good for starters (but only up to the point where your AS doesnt go through the roof.) Swapping Phantom dancer for The black cleaver gives you the correct max 2.5 per sec attacks when you popped your ult but the total DPS will be ALOT more significant with and without your ult.

Overall, not a bad guide. But be open for critics like EastLondon gave you and jasie3k. They made very valid points that you cannot deny unless you aim for a fun build with lots of matel around you bounching happily.

I still give you + 1 for it though due its easy harassment advantage early game buts its prone for improvement.

Made an account just to downvote this build. ZERO damage. Unbelievable how high scored it can be...

OMG! First i was thinking: this is lame, only what to buy, summoner spells and when to take what abilities, no talking about them, tactics and like that... BUT when I tried the first time boom, not 10 minutes have past and i scored a double kill. We lost me being the best cause it was a noob team, me and Teemo we're only good there, but whit all of other fed we couldn't go 2v5 :(. Great build. Best I seen here.

Very nice build, tried it a couple times and it worked out really great. What I don't get thouh is how you're supposed to buy elixirs with 6 items in you inventory. I must be overseeing something.
