probably one of the hardest tools on Photoshop as well, in my opinion.
you have to click then where your other point is you like, hmm hard to explain, hold down and drag so it curves. meh, its hard to explain but there's a helpful tutorial on YouTube called 'pen tool tutorial photoshop'

I know how to use pen tool for selecting and how to drag to make it curved and all that.
I'm saying how do you make vectors with it? Just make a thing and fill it with color? can't you do that with lasso too? o-o
