I don't think it does. I think it's like Nidalee's Pounce. It just moves you but, really quickly.

It makes her untargetable. I got dived a couple of games ago. She escaped the last shot with Tumble. Might have been because it was out of range, but I don't think so.
The purpose of Shen is to flip out and kill people.

Best to do R+Q when being tower dived since you go invisible, funny to watch them go "Uh?"

not sure if you get hit when tumbling, i'm pretty sure you do.

It depends what Riot have done with the hit boxes, my assumption would be that she can be gargeted but it would be difficult. I would test it out.
